It's a waste of time, why do you care how the forums look?
If you can navigate it, why make Shoan add to the list of work he has to do?

It takes 4 seconds.

Admin CP -> Current Theme -> Manage and Install -> Check the box that says 'Enable user ability to change theme' or W/e.

Uhm, why do you need a block for it...

If people don't know how to get there, they shouldn't be changing it in the first place...

And it'll show up in the player cp...
