The webclient has not been working for many people Just wanted to let you know...
Thats why there hasnt been many players on lately.
Maybe you need to pay the VPS? Idk, it just doesnt work.

Why try to play a junk server? power ruined it 1pkp a **** kill and more a less the only decent updates was dharok's finally being fixed to some degree and the dragon bolt(e) effect being enhanced those were the only decent updates of which power could have done him self and i see power on skype every day and he ain't doing **** for this server i dont even think hes trying to fix it because there is nothing on runescape private server history that could crash a server this long specially when the owner is that active and is on every day so quit trying and just find a new server you wont get anywhere on this junk server
