damon i think that would be a very good idea that one people can still pray but it wont do as much like the average 75%

Damon in rs protection prayers against monsters are 100% no damage at all against players is reduced down to a minor 70-75% so limiting it too 30 would almost make it just a piece of stronger armor compared to a protection prayer thus making people able to prayer but not do it to the point of which it determines a battle
