Application Thread/Format Suggestion

Basically this is my in-general suggestion for a format/requirements to post a mod application as i feel we are already getting way to many applications when the server has just re-opened.


Format Suggestion

1. Real Life Name:
2. Timezone/State/City:
3. In-game User-name:
4. Average User Activity:
5. Position Of Which Your applying:
6. Average Forum Activity(only apply's to forum moderator position):
7. Reason For Wanting This Position:
8. Do you have a mic?:
9. Do you have a Msn, Skype, Or Email:
10. Misc Details etc.



Requirements Suggestion

1. Must have longer then 1 weeks join time(example. Joined April 2 must have played sense march 26th.)
2. Minimal of 25 Forum Posts, More related to forum moderator ranking.
3. Must have a activity of 2+ hours for any position.
4. Must have at least some experience as a staff member of any sort.
5. Must use the Application format or application will be terminated.


All i really have to suggest i don't find these requirements unreasonable in personal opinion as most servers that have requirements generally go off of this basis.

I think it is unfair that someone who has never been a staff can't get to apply. I have seen people that have not been staff and were better than people who were. All I'm saying is you shouldn't make it based on whether they have experience or not because they may not be good, it should be on someone you feel that can do the job properly.

If they dont have experience most likly they wont be that good. that is why they do that.
