Should I change the SMF Forum Theme?

Should I edit the forum theme? There 6 options, SMF RC 1.406 had 34 options, It doesn't let me install my own themes, installing MYSQL + 000webhost later on SMF so might be able to do it, if there's one of the 6 that will be the new one it will be this :
