Lol power you need a official moderator application thread on the forums as well as a official application format.
I find it somewhat unruly when players are throwing moderator applications willy nilly <--wtf did i just say that?
Also dan if you don't mind me discussing it with you i have a fairly good idea on a application format as well as requirements if you felt it might help find more ehh fit applicants lol
